About the Role
A confidential client is hiring a Nutritionist (Registered Dietitian / licensure-eligible) to join an on-site residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders in Victor, NY. The program uses a HAES-informed, behavior-focused approach to support recovery. This is a full-time, contract position with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Sign-on bonus: $3,000
Pay range: $62,535.20 - $80,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, including documentation and quality control.
- Ensure nutritional services meet established clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor client nutrition intake and progress.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment planning and Master Treatment Plan development.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, clinical teams, and leadership to support client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related human services field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Appropriate Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) or licensure-eligible credential. Recent graduates and dietetic interns who are eligible to sit for the CDR exam are encouraged to apply.
- At least one year of healthcare experience or internship experience; psychiatric setting preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required (must have or obtain prior to start).
- Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-centered care and recovery-oriented nutrition practice (HAES-informed).
Compensation, Schedule & Location
- Pay range: $62,535.20 - $80,000 per year.
- Sign-on bonus: $3,000.
- Employment type: Full-time (Contract).
