What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide domiciliary mental health care in Bath, NY. You will deliver direct patient care in a residential/domiciliary setting, support treatment planning, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement and veteran/patient‑centered outcomes.

• Provide assessment, medication administration, nursing interventions, and documentation per policy
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition; escalate concerns to providers
• Support care planning and discharge/transition activities
• Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians, social workers, and support staff
• Participate in unit-level education, safety initiatives, and evidence‑based practice efforts
• Maintain professional licensure, complete required trainings, and follow facility procedures

Qualifications (Required)

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in a U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). Accreditation examples: ACEN or CCNE.
• English language proficiency sufficient for safe patient care and documentation.
• Ability to perform typical nurse physical duties: walking, standing, moderate lifting, bending, kneeling.
• For entry-level candidates without RN licensure, temporary appointment options (e.g., Graduate Nurse Technician / GNT) may apply while pursuing licensure under local/state rules.

Preferred / Grade-Level Guidance

• ADN/Diploma + progressive experience or BSN for higher-level assignments.
• Years of experience map to grade/level expectations (Nurse I Level I–III, Nurse II, Nurse III) — see qualification standard links in official guidance for specifics.
• Master’s or Doctoral degrees with clinical experience may qualify for advanced levels.

• Salary range (provided by client): $74,106 - $129,988 per year
• Employment type: Full time, Contractor (per source)
• Location: Bath, NY (on-site / facility-based domiciliary care)
