Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated base salary: $57,221 per year (estimated)

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client seeks a motivated, organized Entry‑Level Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership and help advance mission-driven STEM education programs across California. Typical responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
- Serve as a professional point of contact for donors, partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and community outreach activities
- Manage incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and mail on behalf of leadership
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for donor records, program documents, and contacts
- Support grant administration tasks such as data entry, tracking deadlines, and compiling documentation
- Assist with social media updates, newsletters, website administration, and other nonprofit communications as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years administrative, office support, customer service, or nonprofit experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Canva and CRM databases preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-starter who can multitask in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
- Passion for STEM education, youth development, or community service is a plus
Preferred
- Experience working or volunteering in a nonprofit environment
- Familiarity with donor databases, CRM platforms, or project management tools
- Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or boards of directors
- Strong interest in community impact and nonprofit work
