What You’ll Do
This is an investor-facing, phone-based customer service role focused on processing account transactions and helping investors resolve online account questions. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support investors by processing transaction requests (purchases, redemptions, exchanges) over the phone
- Triage and resolve online account questions; guide investors through website or portal troubleshooting
- Use internal systems and knowledge resources to research account issues and provide clear next steps
- Document calls and transactions accurately in the CRM or case system
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams or subject-matter experts when required
- Meet activity and quality targets set for call handling and transaction accuracy
Qualifications
Must have:
- At least 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (retail, food service, call center or similar)
- Strong customer service skills with empathy, patience and clear verbal communication
- Solid problem-solving skills and comfort using resources when you don’t immediately know an answer
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Self-motivated, career-minded, and able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in financial services, mutual funds or transaction processing
- Call center / contact center experience with inbound calls

Compensation & Benefits
