What You’ll Do

You will support day-to-day execution of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships for a single property on behalf of our confidential client. This entry-level role works closely with internal property staff, student‑athletes, and brand partners to help deliver NIL campaign activations, track inventory, and support reporting.

  • Support coordination and execution of NIL deal activations; ensure student‑athletes fulfill deliverables aligned with fair market value
  • Track and maintain NIL inventory across proposed, sold, and available assets; assist with weekly internal updates and reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between internal property teams, student‑athletes, brand partners, collectives, and athletics staff
  • Participate in gameday operations and NIL activations at home games and other key events
  • Monitor NIL news, legislation, and peer institution activity; share relevant updates with the property team
  • Represent the property in internal NIL meetings and touchpoints as assigned
  • Assist with sales, fulfillment, or operations duties as directed by property leadership
  • Work collaboratively with university partners and corporate clients to maintain professional relationships and drive campaign success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to follow established procedures with guidance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across diverse groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or 0–2 years of experience in college athletics, sports marketing, NIL, or sponsorship support
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated pay: $85,113 per year (estimated)

Work Schedule & Location

  • This role requires the ability to work 40 hours per week, including home games, select events, and NIL activations that may occur outside traditional business hours
  • Location: Knoxville, TN (on‑site and event attendance as required)
