Position Overview
Confidential Client (an oil & gas company) is hiring a Night Auditor to support overnight operations monitoring from their Andover, KS site. This is an entry-level operations monitoring role that provides hands-on exposure to real-time operational data, alerts, and field coordination. The position typically works overnight (12-hour) shifts and is a strong launch point for a career in field operations and operational analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor drilling, production and operational systems during overnight shifts
- Review dashboards, equipment readings, alerts and operational data
- Identify unusual trends or abnormalities and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate shift logs and prepare handoff reports for daytime teams
- Communicate with field personnel to support troubleshooting and resolution
- Track well activity, downtime and operational metrics
- Learn drilling operations, systems and industry terminology
- Support operational reporting and basic analysis
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Geology, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related technical field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and computer systems
- Able to stay focused and responsive during 12-hour overnight shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Oil & gas or industrial experience is helpful but not required

- Location: Andover, KS (on-site)
- Schedule: Overnight shifts (typically 12-hour night shifts), full-time
- Compensation: Estimated pay $58,861 per year (as listed)
