What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a NextGen Change / Change Management Experienced Associate to support organizational transformation work within its Workforce Consulting practice. In this role you will help clients plan and execute change initiatives, design communications and stakeholder engagement strategies, and support adoption through training and human-capital interventions. You’ll work on project teams, contribute analysis and deliverables, and help drive measurable adoption across client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management strategies that support organizational transformation
• Assess change readiness and perform change impact analyses
• Design and execute communications plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Support human capital initiatives to increase employee engagement and adoption
• Use business analysis to gather data and inform recommendations
• Apply organizational behavior and workflow design techniques to improve effectiveness
• Participate in client-facing project teams and deliver quality project outcomes
• Build your professional brand by consistently delivering value and learning from each engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR, if a degree is not completed, for each year of college not completed demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in change management or related areas
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in change management, communications, business analysis, or related human capital work

Preferred / What Sets You Apart

• Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience with Change Management, Communications Planning, or Change Impact Analysis
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, organizational design, workflow design, and human capital initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize information and present recommendations clearly
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset in client-facing environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 (actual pay dependent on skills, experience, and applicable employment laws)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefit details vary by location and role)
