What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring Entry Level and Experienced New & Used Car Salesperson to join their dealership sales team in Jackson, MI. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer buying experience while managing every stage of the sales process, including finance and deal management.

• Greet and engage customers professionally; assess needs and present appropriate vehicle options
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives when appropriate
• Maintain current knowledge of the client’s new and used inventory and competitor models
• Manage the full sales cycle — from initial lead to deal closing and delivery
• Prepare, review, and submit sales paperwork and required documentation promptly and accurately
• Create tailored financing solutions and coordinate with finance partners to structure deals
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Use social media and digital channels to generate leads and promote inventory
• Participate in sales meetings and continuous training to improve product, finance, and closing skills
• Keep showroom and display vehicles organized and presentable

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and close deals (experience preferred but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates)
• Strong social media skills and comfort using digital marketing to generate leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealer management software quickly
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
