What You’ll Do

Confidential Client seeks an entry-level Process Integration Engineer (New College Grad) to join a Process Integration (PI) team focused on semiconductor process development and manufacturing excellence. In this role you will gain hands-on experience supporting yield ramps, technology transfer, and process optimization for next-generation memory devices.

  • Act as a module owner for root cause investigations and time-sensitive failure analyses
  • Drive yield, cost and quality improvements across process flows
  • Design and run DOE (Design of Experiments) to improve process capability and margins
  • Monitor process and product trends; sustain line stability and address top detractors to yield/reliability
  • Lead and support technology transfer workshops for new product introductions
  • Start up, develop, validate and optimize processes, tools and materials for product quality and reliability
  • Use FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC and other continuous-improvement tools to identify and remediate process issues
  • Coordinate and execute process, equipment and materials evaluations and supplier audits
  • Support internal and external audits and documentation for new product qualification

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or related engineering field
  • Basic understanding of MOSFET and DRAM operation
  • Knowledge of CMOS process fundamentals and characterization methods
  • Familiarity with DOE, SPC and JMP (or similar statistical tools)
  • Ability to support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC systems and site-to-site portability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field
  • Internship or academic experience in a 300mm semiconductor environment
  • Exposure to semiconductor and memory technologies, transistor/metallization processes, and yield ramp/fab operations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated salary: $139,968 per year (estimated)

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time role. Candidates should be prepared to work shifted schedules as required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for extended technology transfer/training (3+ months) may be required.
