What You’ll Do
This Confidential Client is hiring a Network Access Control (NAC) specialist with hands-on experience supporting Cisco ISE and related firewall/policy services. You will be part of a team that delivers operational support, governance, and risk-reduction initiatives to protect networked applications and infrastructure.
- Provide daily operational support for network and firewall policy service offerings.
- Execute Network Access Control governance activities using Cisco ISE.
- Support network improvement and risk-reduction initiatives (network segmentation, application protection, hardware refreshes).
- Maintain and troubleshoot products used to deliver the team’s service offerings (firewall policy, cloud policy, proxy).
- Coordinate with internal process partners to resolve technical incidents and configuration issues.
- Perform QA and testing for changes and new process deployments prior to production rollouts.
- Assist Product Owners with technical issues, policy maintenance, and Portal-related support tasks.
- Document configurations, runbooks, and change records; participate in post-change validations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering/Architecture, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- Functional experience with Cisco ISE and Network Access Control technologies.
- Good knowledge of firewall management and common network protocols.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity network best practices, network management, and traffic flows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; customer-service orientation.
- High level of initiative, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in network segmentation and application protection projects.
- Experience supporting cloud policy or proxy policy implementations.
- Familiarity with change control / QA processes for infrastructure services.

Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (listed range; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors).
