What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Associate within their Finance as a Service (FaaS) practice. In this role you will help deliver high-quality NetSuite and related technology implementations and provide post-implementation support to outsourced accounting clients.
- Participate in onboarding and NetSuite implementation projects for new FaaS clients
- Lead and contribute to client design sessions to capture requirements and redesign processes (chart of accounts, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)
- Develop solution designs for the FaaS technology stack, including NetSuite, BILL, Ramp, and BlackLine
- Collaborate with project managers, technology support, client accounting services teams, and other stakeholders to meet project goals
- Identify and implement improvements to the client onboarding experience and current client configurations
- Provide post-implementation support and advisory services to optimize client NetSuite solutions
- Assist on project-based initiatives, quality-control reviews, and process/technology optimization efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple clients and projects within budgets and timeframes
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and remain focused in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Commitment to continuous learning and best practices in technology-enabled financial management
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite implementation experience (in an SP, BPO, or consulting practice)
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification
- Hands-on experience implementing Oracle NetSuite
- Familiarity with BILL, Ramp, and BlackLine integrations
- Background in public accounting, consulting, or professional services
- Experience in outsourced accounting or Finance as a Service engagements
- CPA or other relevant certifications
Compensation & Employment Details
- Compensation range: $56,800 - $94,100 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Location: Madison, WI (onsite / client-facing as required)
