Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level NDA Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team in New York, NY. This role supports the administration of the firm's global compliance program with an emphasis on NDA processing, regulatory reporting, and restricted trading oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• General administration of the global compliance program, primarily assisting with the administration of the firm’s NDA process
• Assist in analyzing potential material, non-public information
• Support administration and maintenance of the Restricted Trading List
• Assist with domestic and international regulatory reporting (e.g., SEC, FINRA, NFA, SFC, FCA)
• Conduct ad hoc compliance assignments, including periodic compliance testing and routine regulatory examinations
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams on operational compliance tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
• Superior work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, think critically, and solve problems
• Technical proficiency with common computer applications; willingness to learn compliance systems
• Serious desire to learn and develop as a compliance professional

Compensation & Employment Details

• Base salary: $70,000 per year (base salary range disclosed to comply with local law)
• Employment type: Full time, Permanent
• Location: New York, NY (onsite in Manhattan unless otherwise noted by the client)
• This posting follows applicable federal and New York pay-transparency and employment laws. Base salary is one element of total compensation and may be supplemented by bonuses, benefits, and other pay components.
