Overview

Confidential client is seeking Multilingual Software Engineering & AI Evaluation Specialists to support AI training and evaluation projects. These contract, project-based roles focus on reviewing, testing, and improving AI-generated code and technical explanations in one or more target languages. Candidates may apply for any listed language(s); fluency in every language listed is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Write, review, debug, and optimize code across short, focused programming tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, readability, and conformity with instructions.
• Create and refine coding prompts, reference solutions, and clear technical explanations in your target language.
• Ensure responses use proper programming terminology and are linguistically accurate for the target audience.
• Identify logical errors, flawed reasoning, and inefficient implementations.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI outputs and developer-facing explanations.
• Follow project guidelines, deliver on-time, and maintain consistent quality across submissions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal proficiency in at least one target language listed above.
• Working proficiency in English (to follow technical instructions and collaborate with the project team).
• Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (examples include Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, C#).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, debugging techniques, and software development fundamentals.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely in your language of expertise.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on remote, task-based assignments.

Preferred / Helpful

• Prior experience evaluating or annotating AI-generated code, model outputs, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with common code quality metrics (correctness, complexity, readability) and testing approaches.
• Experience writing clear prompts or test cases for LLMs or code generation tools.

Working Style & Logistics

• Contract, remote-friendly and project-based assignments. Specific tasks and cadence will be communicated per project.
• You will be expected to meet quality and delivery standards defined in project guidelines.
• Compensation and contract terms are set by the confidential client and will be shared during the hiring process.
