What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Mortgage Sales Representative (ACES Lending Officer) who will complete a licensing training program and transition into a Licensed Lending Officer role. In this role you will:
- Embrace a structured training program to prepare for the SAFE / NMLS exams and learn the full loan life cycle.
- Engage with inbound/outbound prospects to identify mortgage and HELOC opportunities.
- Present loan options and guide customers through the application process with clarity and professionalism.
- Use loan-processing and CRM software to manage pipelines and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and production teams to move loans toward funding.
- Maintain a high standard of ethics, accuracy, and customer service.
- Meet individual production and quality targets as you develop into a licensed lending officer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding goals (call-center/inside-sales experience highly preferred).
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM/loan origination systems.
- Ability and commitment to obtain state and national mortgage licensing (pass the NMLS exam).
- Strong phone presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable attendance, coachable attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to commute to Hialeah, FL full-time.

Compensation & Benefits
- Training pay: $15.00 per hour during the ACES training program.
- After licensing, compensation transitions to a Licensed Lending Officer structure that includes an hourly minimum wage plus per-origination/production bonus incentives. (Final post-licensing compensation details will be provided by the hiring organization.)
- Company-provided leads during production—no requirement to purchase your own leads.
