Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Mortgage Operations / Mortgage Finance Operations team member in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for recent graduates who hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and want to start a career in mortgage operations. No prior mortgage experience is required — training and mentorship are provided.
What you’ll do
You will support daily mortgage operations and help ensure mortgage transactions move smoothly from application to closing.
- Assist with coordination of mortgage loans and documentation.
- Collect, verify, and organize borrower and loan documents.
- Support loan processing tasks using banking and accounting principles.
- Provide clear, timely communication to internal teams and customers.
- Track loan status to help meet timelines and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with loan or mortgage systems is a plus but not required.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year.
