What You’ll Do
This role is for an entry-level Business Performance Consultant joining a confidential client in the management consulting industry. You will work on client teams to analyze business processes, compile and interpret data, and help deliver practical, high-quality solutions that improve finance, operations, people, and change outcomes.
Typical responsibilities:
- Support client engagements across Finance Performance Management, Financial Reporting Remediation & Compliance, People & Change, or Supply Chain & Operations
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and risks
- Document findings, prepare client-ready deliverables, and present insights to project teams
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that align people, processes, and technology
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads to execute project plans and meet deadlines
- Participate in formal training, onboarding, and experiential learning programs to build consulting skills
Who You Are / Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related business major
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Graduating within one year of the internship start (if applying to an internship track) or otherwise meets the posted eligibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and a growth mindset to client problems
- Technical comfort with data analysis and collaboration tools; experience with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI) is a plus
- Comfortable working in teams and independently; detail-oriented and deadline driven
Preferred
- Foundation in accounting and finance processes or entry-level knowledge of organizational operations
- Experience documenting findings and proposing practical recommendations
- Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) and continuous learning
- Passion for interpreting data and translating insights into action
Compensation & Benefits
The confidential client provides a competitive pay and benefits package for this role:
- Base salary range: $67,000 – $79,000 per year
- Bonus target: $2,000 (role-dependent)
- Estimated total cash range: $69,000 – $81,000
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA options

- Paid parental leave (up to 10 weeks), adoption & fertility support
- 401(k) with employer match (50% on first 6% of contributions)
- Choice Time Off (CTO) – new hires may receive up to 20 days/year; up to 11 paid holidays
Note: Salary and bonus ranges are based on full-time equivalent schedules; final placement depends on experience, skills, and geographic work location.
Work Model & Location
This position follows a hybrid work model combining in-office, client-site, and remote work as appropriate for client needs and project requirements. The authoritative location for this posting is:
