What You’ll Do

As an Audit Associate you’ll join a client-service team delivering financial statement audits and assurance work. This is an entry-level, client-facing role where you’ll learn auditing methodology, develop technical accounting skills, and help teams deliver quality, timely engagements.

• Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial records and internal controls
• Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Use data analysis to identify trends, risks, and insights that support client decision-making
• Support documentation of audit procedures and findings
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deliverables
• Assist senior staff with research, technical accounting questions, and project tasks
• Maintain data quality and confidentiality for sensitive financial information

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in final academic year in Accounting (or closely related)
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full-time
• Available to work full-time and participate in client engagements

Preferred / Differentiators

• Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Hands-on experience or coursework in auditing methodologies and data analytics
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to automate tasks, surface insights, and improve efficiency
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 — $104,000 per year (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable law)
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus

• Travel: Up to 20%
