What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, mid-level data analyst role on a small, business-facing team that turns fragmented alternatives and sales-related data into reporting, analytics, and repeatable data products for the sales organization.

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics for sales, flows, opportunities, fundraising, transactions, product usage, and advisor/firm targeting.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python to extract, transform, reconcile, validate, and analyze data.
• Develop and improve ETL/data-transformation workflows and scheduled reporting pipelines in cloud environments.
• Automate manual data-prep, validation, reporting, notification, and exception-management processes.
• Troubleshoot production workflow and data quality issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Translate recurring business questions into scalable reports, dashboards, and data products.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and enterprise data partners to deliver prioritized initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, or reporting.
• Strong, hands-on SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, and cloud data lake/warehouse environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills and attention to data quality.

Preferred

• Experience creating dashboards or visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake, including Python + SQL workflows.
• Exposure to financial services, asset management, or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with sales/CRM, transaction, flow, advisor, or product datasets.
• Experience replacing manual Excel/reporting processes with automated, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, workflow-orchestration tools, or approved AI-assisted development tools.
