Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Methods Process Analyst (Entry‑Level or Associate) to join an Industrial Engineering team based in International, WA. The Methods Process Analyst will support flight test maintenance and test operations by analyzing processes, developing labor and resource plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

You will work as part of cross‑functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, supplier and materials management, and program management) to improve shop performance and support program business plans.

• Conduct current/future state analyses using established guidelines
• Develop workforce forecasts, acquisition and utilization plans
• Contribute to test program labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages
• Create recovery and mitigation plans; gather data and monitor status to plan
• Monitor performance vs. established labor hour estimates
• Help develop and maintain integrated shop operating plans to meet cost and schedule commitments
• Identify and implement process improvements using established improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean)
• Analyze impacts of unplanned events on cost, schedule, resources and delivery; propose plan modifications and obtain approvals
• Participate in negotiations supporting schedule commitments or statements of work
• Gather and analyze shop performance metrics and recommend corrective actions
• Assess readiness of work statement components, identify risks, and propose mitigation

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance: candidate must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to walk, stand, and enter aircraft via steps or ladders as required by role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or test environment
• Experience supporting manufacturing or test operations, including design, fabrication and testing
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Experience with labor hour estimating and scheduling tools (experience with Aurora Scheduling is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Summary pay range (Entry‑Level): $64,600 - $87,400 per year
• Summary pay range (Associate): $78,200 - $105,800 per year
