What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an MES Support Engineer to provide Tier 1–3 support for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications used in production. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role supporting manufacturing execution, system stability, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

• Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for MES applications and production systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues
• Maintain MES master data, workflows, recipes, eBRs, and system configurations
• Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, change management, and validations
• Monitor MES performance and support manufacturing execution processes on the shop floor
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, CSV, IT, and Digital teams
• Participate in process improvements, site deployments, and global rollouts

Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Employment type: Full-time, 24/7 rotating shift schedule (must be available for shift coverage)
• Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year (as provided by the client)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Exposure to MES platforms such as PharmaSuite, Syncade, DeltaV MES, Opcenter, Camstar, Tulip, or similar preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, industrial processes, and digital manufacturing concepts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a 24/7 operational environment
