Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Mental Health Therapists for an Intensive In-Home program serving Centreville, VA and surrounding communities (Prince William County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, Fairfax County). This is an opportunity for clinicians at multiple career stages — residents, supervisees, interns, and experienced therapists — who want in-depth clinical training, paid supervision, and meaningful community-based work.
What You’ll Do
You will provide trauma-informed, community-based mental health care to children and youth (under 21) and their families in home and community settings. Typical duties include:
- Provide direct individual, family, and caregiver-centered therapy aligned to treatment goals
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress
- Engage caregivers, schools, and other supports to coordinate care and reduce risk of out-of-home placement
- Deliver crisis stabilization and ensure clients have access to 24/7 support when needed
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and group case consultation
- Complete required billing, progress notes, and indirect activities (driving, training) per agency policy

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services field
- Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving history and a clean driving record
- Availability for afternoon and evening appointments
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
- Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and eligibility for residency in Virginia (LPC or LCSW residency supported)
- Previous experience working with youth, families, or community-based behavioral health

Estimated pay (for reference only): $48,290 per year — actual pay may vary by role/experience and is subject to local pay laws.
Location & Service Area
Primary location: Centreville, VA (ZIP 20120). Services also provided across Prince William County, Loudoun County, Arlington County, and Fairfax County. This position requires regular travel within the service area.
