What You’ll Do
This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level Medical Sales Associate role supporting outside sales staff for a confidential client that specializes in complex rehab technology (wheelchairs and medical equipment). You will:
- Support outside sales representatives with customer and clinical communications
- Assist with paperwork, order processing, and follow-up coordination
- Help prepare product demonstrations and patient consultations
- Maintain accurate records and support care team handoffs
- Learn product features and clinical applications to grow into a Medical Sales Rep role over time
- Work closely with customers, families, and medical offices to ensure the right product fit
What We’re Looking For
- Sales ability and a desire to build a career in medical/rehab equipment sales
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology or clinical settings is a plus
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to medical devices, DME, or complex rehab technology
- Experience supporting field sales or clinical teams
Compensation & Employment Details
- Estimated compensation: $83,046 per year (estimated)
- Employment type: Full-time, in-office
- This is an entry-level sales position with a clear path to outside sales opportunities and commission-eligible roles over time

- Location: West Indianapolis, IN (on-site)
- This role requires regular in-office presence to support field teams and internal operations
