What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office role supporting outside sales representatives in the medical equipment / complex rehab technology space. You will learn the business, support customer communications, and help keep sales processes efficient so you can grow into a Medical Sales Representative role over time.
- Assist outside sales reps with daily tasks to increase their productivity
- Communicate with customers, families, and medical offices to coordinate orders and appointments
- Prepare and maintain sales paperwork, product documentation, and client records
- Participate in team meetings and training to build product and clinical knowledge
- Track follow-ups and update CRM or internal systems as directed
- Learn product features (wheelchairs and other complex rehab equipment) and how they match patient needs

Qualifications

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree (per the original posting)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay: $103,400 per year (estimated by job listing). Exact compensation and benefits will be provided by the client during the hiring process.
