About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-level Medical Assistant (Pre-Med Career Track) to work onsite in Westminster, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates planning to pursue advanced healthcare degrees who want hands-on patient care experience and direct exposure to physicians in a specialty clinic setting.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Onsite — Westminster, CO
• Position type: Contract to Hire
• Starting pay: $18.00/hr (pay increase available upon certification)

Responsibilities

• Support patients throughout their visit from check-in to check-out
• Room patients and collect vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information
• Scribe physician visits and accurately document assessments and treatment plans in the EMR
• Present patient information and updates to providers before appointments
• Assist with orders, referrals, follow-up appointments, and care coordination
• Ensure a positive and efficient patient experience during each visit
• Work closely with physicians, providers, and clinical staff in a specialty clinic setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, health, or pre‑med related field
• Plans to pursue higher education within healthcare (medical school, PA school, nursing school, etc.) within the next few years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to commit to the role for at least 18–24 months
• Reliable transportation to support occasional travel between Westminster and Golden locations

Pay & Benefits (Colorado compliance)

• Pay range for this role: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
