What You’ll Do
The Associate, Integrated Media Planning will support the media planning team by gathering research, maintaining planning materials, tracking budgets, and helping execute media plans across channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to grow into media planning and buying.
- Support the development of media plans through research, audience analysis, and competitive insights
- Own and maintain planning documents, trackers, and flowcharts with a high level of accuracy
- Pull and analyze competitive research and audience data to inform recommendations
- Support budget tracking, pacing, and monthly financial reporting to ensure campaigns are tracked, actualized, and billed correctly
- Prepare purchase authorizations by coordinating inputs from internal teams
- Communicate proactively with team members to flag questions, risks, or discrepancies
- Participate in internal, client, and partner meetings; develop presentation and confidence skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, investment, analytics, and operations teams
- Demonstrate curiosity and actively build knowledge of the media landscape and CPG space
What We're Looking For
We seek a detail-oriented, collaborative early-career professional with a strong interest in media and advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships included)
- Knowledge of advertising and media principles
- Proficiency with Office Suite; familiarity with Apple software (Keynote) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn media tools, platforms, and financial processes
Location & Compensation
- Location: Los Angeles, California (on-site expected; Confidential Client’s policy requires employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week unless otherwise directed)
- Employment type: Full time
- Compensation (California posting): $45,000 - $45,000 per year
