About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Media Associate to join their Local Media Investment team in Lazy Lake, FL. This role supports media buyers and supervisors by maintaining media schedules, identifying local audiences across advertising platforms, and contributing to campaign execution and vendor communications. The position offers training, close team collaboration, and opportunities for growth within a consultancy-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform stewardship tasks for client media schedules, including maintenance and tracking.
• Input and maintain media schedules with accuracy.
• Support Buyers and Supervisors on assigned projects and daily tasks.
• Help identify local audiences for advertisers across digital and traditional platforms.
• Assist with vendor outreach and phone-based negotiations when needed.
• Meet timelines and project deadlines; prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Take initiative to learn, problem-solve, and contribute ideas to improve workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 year of media experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Confident initiating phone contact with outside media vendors.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Intermediate math and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
