Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept and design through manufacturing, testing, and launch.
• Develop 3D models, assemblies, detailed drawings, and complete drawing packages.
• Create and maintain BOMs and PDM documentation.
• Work directly with manufacturing to troubleshoot design and production issues.
• Test automated and electromechanical equipment; verify systems meet performance requirements.
• Support design improvements, product standardization, and new product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and field service teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of mechanical or electromechanical engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor or similar preferred).
• Familiarity with BOM management, PDM systems, and engineering documentation.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Exposure to industrial automation and electromechanical systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with manufacturing and customers.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (Contract-to-Hire). Individual pay within this range will depend on qualifications, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
