What You’ll Do

You will act as the primary project manager for HVAC installation projects, coordinating field teams, vendors, permitting, and client communications to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality and safety expectations.

• Provide weekly project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate permits and approvals with local municipalities
• Manage vendors and subcontractors (cranes, rental equipment, specialty trades)
• Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and verify progress
• Track schedules, budgets, milestones and escalate issues when needed
• Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and clean project close-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 2 days per week)
• Comfortable supervising field crews and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
