What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Material Inventory Clerk role supporting our confidential client’s logistics operations in Heltonville, IN. You'll help keep parts and materials flowing by monitoring inventory, processing deliveries, and entering accurate data into inventory systems.
- Manage part deliveries — schedule, adjust, and cancel as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages
- Execute recovery plans when critical stock shortages occur
- Enter and maintain inventory data in computer systems
- Read and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and logistics software
- Communicate with suppliers, client personnel, and team members by phone, email, and handheld radio
Schedule & Location
- Work schedule: Night shift — 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday–Friday (some Saturdays possible based on customer needs)
- Location: Heltonville, IN (on-site)
Compensation
- Salary range: $48,000 — $50,000 per year (DOE)
- Pay type: Salaried (full-time, contract)
- Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, location, and other factors. The role may be eligible for bonus or long-term incentives per the client’s policies.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior inventory experience — training is provided — but successful candidates typically have:
- H.S. diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Administrative or inventory-related experience helpful (1+ year preferred)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency reading Excel spreadsheets and basic computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work the night schedule
