Position Overview

This opportunity is with a confidential client in the manufacturing space. They are hiring a Master Data Analyst to own product master data within the ERP (SAP preferred) and support SKU lifecycle management for ~800–1,200 active SKUs. This is an onsite, full-time role based in Ringgold, GA.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary owner of product master data in the ERP (SAP preferred) for a confidential client.
• Create, maintain, and retire SKU/product records and ensure accuracy across Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain systems.
• Support new product launches by validating data and driving timely data entry and updates.
• Investigate and resolve product data issues and system discrepancies.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports using advanced Excel; help stakeholders interpret product data.
• Identify process improvements and support data governance and master data standards initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product data with business processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with ERP systems to manage product master data, SKU lifecycles, and cross-functional processes (SAP experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, building reports from raw data).
• Demonstrated experience managing product master data: create, maintain, and retire SKUs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience working with Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Deep SAP experience (10+ years is ideal).
• Product lifecycle management experience (development through sunset).
• Project management experience.
• Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP/product data systems outside SAP.

Location & Compensation

• Worksite: Onsite — Ringgold, GA (Confidential client facility).
• Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + 10% bonus (as provided by the confidential client).
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent/direct hire.

Day-to-Day

• Balance incoming data requests and stakeholder support with longer-term process improvements.
• Run and maintain product data reports; validate data quality.
• Participate in launch readiness activities and cross-functional meetings.
• Track and follow up on data issues until resolution.
