What You’ll Do

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business systems.
• Support key master data domains including Product/Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Inventory & Warehouse data, and Pricing/Trade Agreements.
• Review and validate incoming data requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate master data records.
• Execute established data governance standards, policies, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve data quality and consistency.
• Support ERP projects, data migrations, system enhancements, and new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
• Document master data procedures, standards, and work instructions.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience working with ERP systems, master data, or business data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of finance, inventory, customer, and product data structures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
