Overview
Confidential Client, a digital marketing agency, is hiring an entry-level Marketing Technology Specialist to join their Marketing Technology team in Little Rock, AR. This role supports SEO, AI search visibility, content strategy, marketing automation, CRM management, email marketing, analytics setup and tracking (GA4), and automated client reporting.
This is an early-career position suited for someone who is curious about marketing data and technology, already uses AI tools for real work, can learn quickly, and communicates clearly with team members and clients. Training on the agency's tools and processes will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Pull, clean, and organize data from GA4, Google Search Console, BigQuery, and SEO platforms to support client reporting and analysis.
- Set up, audit, and maintain GA4 properties and Google Tag Manager containers to ensure accurate tracking and conversion measurement.
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards; flag anomalies and insights for follow-up.
- Help design, test, and maintain marketing automation workflows (lead nurture, form follow-ups, triggered campaigns).
- Support CRM hygiene and integrations: maintain contact records, lists, and pipeline data; connect website forms and tracking to CRM.
- Assist with email marketing operations: build and QA-test campaigns, manage audience segments, and report on opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Support local SEO tasks: Google Business Profile management, citation cleanup, and location page optimization.
- Contribute to content research and optimization: keyword/topic research, content briefs, and on-page recommendations.
- Monitor client presence in AI-driven search and conversational engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) and document drivers of visibility.
- Work closely with account managers and specialists to convert analysis into practical, prioritized next steps for clients.
- Join client meetings and present findings in clear, non-technical language; take increasing client-facing responsibility as you grow.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and repetitive tasks; document and share effective AI workflows with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated, practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for real work; be prepared to show examples or workflows.
- Genuine interest in data analysis; experience with GA4, SQL, or reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Fast, self-directed learner who can “figure it out” and find reliable answers.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when validating tracking and datasets.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional, client-service mindset; comfortable participating in client meetings and presenting work confidently.
- Organized and able to manage tasks across multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience (internships, freelance work, projects).

Compensation, Location & Work Type
- Estimated pay: $44,454 per year (estimated).
- Location: On-site in Little Rock, AR (Little Rock, Arkansas).
