What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Marketing Science Analyst to support marketing measurement and commercial analytics work. You will turn data into insights that help clients optimize campaign performance and business decisions.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance using standard and proprietary tools.
  • Prepare, mine, and format customer and campaign datasets; build reproducible data pipelines and architectures.
  • Develop and maintain statistical and predictive models to forecast consumer behavior and campaign outcomes.
  • Create insight dashboards and client-ready presentations; guide stakeholders through results and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to translate analytical findings into business decisions and test plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred areas: Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • Recent graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of internship or early-career professional experience in marketing analytics, predictive analytics, or related fields encouraged to apply.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with data pipelines, large datasets, and basic scripting/data-wrangling tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to internal teams and clients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $66,000 — $74,000 per year (good-faith estimate).
  • Additional compensation: annual cash bonus + potential equity.
  • Benefits: paid holidays, open PTO, medical, dental, and vision (details provided at offer stage).
  • Individual pay within the posted range will be determined by experience, location, market conditions, and skills.
