What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to support agency account teams and ensure campaigns run on time, on budget, and to specification. Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage Statements of Work that define scope, services, timeline, and compensation while minimizing agency risk
  • Monitor account activity against Statements of Work; escalate and manage scope changes or additional work
  • Create and maintain hours estimates and manage them collaboratively with account teams
  • Pull hours reports, update tracking sheets, and facilitate time-allocation discussions with team members
  • Manage client setup in Advantage (job numbers, campaign codes, media plans) and close out job numbers as needed
  • Organize and maintain file naming and storage (server, Google Drive, other repositories) for key client documents
  • Develop, document, and track campaign timelines and tasks in project management software; communicate deadlines to internal teams and clients
  • Build media authorizations and fee sheets; check campaign spend vs. authorizations and support billing/invoicing processes
  • Reconcile campaign finances within a 60-day window of campaign completion
  • Schedule and manage internal and client meetings; prepare agendas, capture action items, and distribute meeting notes
  • Facilitate adherence to agency processes and role responsibilities across account teams
  • Proactively manage internal account communication and assist the client strategist in acknowledging client requests within 24 hours

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Project Management / Coordinator or Account Manager / Coordinator role within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment (or equivalent duties)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or advertising (internship experience may count toward this)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with time and budget tracking, basic billing/invoicing processes, and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client-facing interactions
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid agency setting (see Work Arrangement)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred (advertising, marketing, communications), OR
  • One to two years related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Arrangement & Legal

  • Hybrid schedule: typically 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
