Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Marketing Leadership Development Program Associate for a structured two-year, full-time rotational development program based in Hamel, MN. This program accelerates early-career growth through four 6-month rotations across core marketing functions, paired mentorship, and exposure to field and leadership experiences. Successful participants typically transition into a full-time marketing role after program completion, subject to business needs and demonstrated performance.

This is a two-year development program with:
- Rotation length: 6 months (4 rotations)
- Typical placement locations: Hamel, MN (placements may include nearby offices)
- Start dates (candidates must be available to start one of these): January 11, 2027 or June 14, 2027
- Work commitment: 40 hours per week
Rotations & Experience
Areas you’ll rotate through may include:
- Brand & Product Marketing (brand/lifestyle marketing, insights & analytics)
- Creative & Content (social media, paid media, partnerships, events)
- Process & Go-to-Market (ecommerce, digital production, planning)
- Dealer & Channel (channel, retail, owner experience, in-market strategy)
These rotations are designed to develop core marketing skills, strategic thinking, and leadership readiness.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights
- Starting pay range for Minnesota: $62,000 to $74,500 per year. Individual salaries and placement within the range depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, and geography.

Selection Process
- Applications typically open August–November annually.
- Shortlisted candidates are usually contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November.

- Offers and placement timing align with the candidate’s graduation date (January or June start).
- Candidates accepted to the program will work with the Early Talent Team through the placement and onboarding process.
Relocation Assistance
Confidential Client offers a relocation program for qualifying participants that may include a lump-sum payment, moving support options, lease cancellation/duplicate housing reimbursement, and access to a relocation counselor. Participants are responsible for daily commuting unless short-term housing is arranged through relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a related business discipline with marketing emphasis
- Graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and the program start dates listed
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Willingness to travel and relocate between rotation sites and to be mobile beyond the program for career development
- Reliable transportation for commuting to assigned office locations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work; demonstrated interest in continued leadership growth
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, and leadership capabilities
- Strong interest in long-term marketing career development
