What You’ll Do

This entry-level field role supports customer acquisition, promotions, and client engagement across North Las Vegas, NV. You will represent the confidential client in face-to-face interactions, promote products and services, and help drive campaign goals.

• Represent confidential client products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Engage directly with customers one-on-one in public and retail settings
• Present promotions, explain benefits, and assist with sales and enrollment activities
• Build brand awareness through promotional campaigns and events
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product or service options
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and campaign performance goals
• Support setup and execution of promotional events and in-market initiatives
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign management
• Train toward team leadership and territory management responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, and ready to develop a career in sales and marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, retail, or customer service
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing role
• Goal-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
• Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Position Requirements

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds for promotional setup and materials
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations throughout the Las Vegas area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

What We Offer

• Starting annual earnings of approximately $40,000–$55,000 (base pay + commission & incentives)
• Base weekly pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses
