Position Overview
The Confidential Client in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry is hiring an entry-level Marketing Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data that informs strategy and drives measurable business outcomes. You will transform large, complex datasets into insightful dashboards and visual summaries for marketing, product, and commercial stakeholders using BI tools and statistical techniques.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze large and complex marketing datasets to support strategic planning, campaign evaluation, and business decision‑making.
- Manipulate, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to communicate insights.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visual summaries.
- Identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and key performance drivers through structured analysis.
- Apply statistical techniques and analytical methodologies to interpret structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure data collection, analysis, and reporting comply with data integrity standards, internal policies, and applicable privacy/regulatory requirements.
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product development, and commercial teams to align analytics with business objectives.
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting tools, and analytical approaches to increase impact and efficiency.
Skills For Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience analyzing marketing, customer, or business data.
- Experience working with large datasets, multiple data sources, and data transformation techniques.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights and visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to non‑technical stakeholders.
