What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator eager to gain hands-on QSR marketing experience across multiple restaurant locations in Winter Park, FL.
- Support local store marketing efforts including in-market events, point-of-purchase (POP) signage, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage delivery-platform listings, menus, promotions and price alignment across third‑party delivery portals.
- Monitor delivery sales performance and guest-feedback platforms; escalate patterns and partner with store managers to resolve issues.
- Represent the Confidential Client at community events and build partnerships with schools, colleges and local nonprofits to drive awareness.
- Assist with local rollouts of national corporate promotions and ensure store-level execution and merchandising consistency.
- Serve as primary contact for guest complaints and online reviews for assigned locations; document outcomes and recommend service improvements.
- Maintain marketing collateral inventory, coordinate signage production, and support basic reporting on campaign performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years combined experience in marketing, customer service, or hospitality (internships count).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple local projects and schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with delivery portals and basic menu/pricing tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for periodic travel between stores and community events.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights/weekends for events or store support.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands or franchise systems.
- Basic familiarity with social media posting and local digital promotion best practices.
- Experience using guest-feedback platforms or CRM tools.
- Event planning or partnership development experience.
