Summary
Confidential Client seeks an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support proposal/RFP development, marketing asset management, collateral creation, campaign coordination, and broad marketing team support. This is an entry-level, hybrid role based in South Boston, MA, designed to build foundational skills across PR, advertising, and marketing functions.
Estimated compensation: $64,774 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Support Proposal & RFP coordination — gather content, draft and proof documents and presentations, prepare submissions, maintain proposal archives, and track outcomes.
- Maintain and organize the marketing asset library (project photography, headshots/bios, case studies, logos, manufacturer resources, etc.) to ensure easy access for Marketing and Sales.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of client-facing collateral: lookbooks, brochures, leave-behinds, invitations, advertisements, and project profiles.
- Support campaign coordination across email, digital, web, and other channels; assist with website updates and campaign collateral.
- Manage branded promotional items and swag inventory; coordinate restocking and fulfill internal and external swag requests.
- Provide general marketing support across priorities as assigned by the marketing leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1–2 years professional experience; relevant internships or comparable experience considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable gathering, organizing, and maintaining large amounts of information and digital content.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) highly preferred.
- Canva proficiency highly preferred.
- Exposure to email marketing platforms, CRM systems, digital asset management, or CMS preferred.
- Willingness to learn new software, systems, and processes.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Primarily sedentary work; frequent use of hands/wrists for keyboard/mouse.
- Fast-paced office environment with occasional visits to warehouses, project sites, or other client locations.
- Hybrid schedule with an expectation of approximately three days per week in the South Boston office.
