Role Summary

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics across multiple regional dental practices. This is a hybrid, on-site role (2–3 days per week) based in Reno, NV. The position is ideal for a candidate with 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships who wants hands-on mentorship and growth in healthcare marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Support setup, daily management, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, paid social, local SEO/SEM).
• Assist with data collection, KPI tracking, and monthly performance reports for practice leaders.
• Draft patient-focused educational ad copy, website content, and social posts that align with HIPAA and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate local practice promotions and collaborate with practice teams to boost community visibility.
• Maintain organized marketing workflows, manage creative/assets, and help test new growth channels.

Tech Stack & Key Skills

• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Foundational exposure to Google Ads and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).
• Experience or exposure to Google Business Profile management and local SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) or CMS platforms.
• Preferred (not required): basic design and copy skills (Canva or Adobe tools) and clear, professional writing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in digital marketing, communications, or analytics; healthcare/dental interest is a plus.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Patient- and community-focused mindset; comfortable coordinating with clinical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field preferred.
• This is a safety-sensitive role requiring a drug screen and compliance with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE).
