What You’ll Do

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll manage day-to-day marketing activities that keep campaigns, events, partnerships, and content moving on schedule. You’ll work across email, social, digital, and event channels to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials and run flawless activations.

  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns: list building, scheduling, proofing, sends, and performance tracking (Klaviyo experience a plus)
  • Maintain the marketing content calendar and ensure assets are delivered on time
  • Manage routing and approval workflows for marketing materials and creative
  • Schedule social posts and coordinate assets with the team
  • Plan and run event logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Track event ROI and prepare post-event recaps with clear recommendations
  • Own partnership and state-adoption program communications and fulfillment
  • Maintain organized partner records, timelines, and activation schedules
  • Run project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar) to keep tasks, owners, and deadlines current
  • Track marketing budgets, review vendor invoices, and escalate discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in a marketing, events, or coordinator role (strong internship experience considered)
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo a plus), project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar), and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed under shifting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or related field preferred

  • Sports background (player, coach, or experience working with athletic organizations) is a strong plus
  • Self-starter mentality who proactively identifies and completes work

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year
