What You’ll Do

This role supports the Energy Marketing team by producing proposals and pursuit materials, managing marketing data and reusable content, developing presentations and collateral, and assisting with conferences and events. This is a hybrid role for candidates based in Jacksonville, FL.

  • Support development and production of RFP, RFQ, qualifications packages, letter proposals, and presentations
  • Review RFPs to identify submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance items
  • Assist with proposal outlines, compliance checklists, schedules, and initial InDesign documents
  • Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information for proposal responses
  • Format, proofread, edit, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal materials
  • Maintain organized records and archives of completed proposals and pursuit materials
  • Gather, validate, and maintain project and personnel data for a project experience library
  • Update project profiles, resumes, qualifications, and reusable boilerplate content
  • Perform CRM data entry and quality control to ensure accurate client and opportunity records
  • Assist with layout and basic creative work using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint while maintaining brand standards
  • Support logistics and marketing materials for conferences, tradeshows, and client events
  • Help with internal and external communications and other marketing tasks as needed

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • One (1) year of marketing internship or professional experience preferred (entry-level considered)
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with CRM systems, databases, or content-management systems preferred
  • Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn about Energy markets, clients, projects, and technical services
