About the Role

Confidential Client is a fast-growing Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in tax-advantaged benefit plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), COBRA, and Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs). The Marketing Coordinator will create engaging multimedia content and support digital marketing execution to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement across channels (social, email, video, website, and events). This role requires strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and deliver channel-appropriate marketing materials, including email content, social posts, basic presentations, and print assets
  • Support digital marketing activities: social media scheduling, website updates, email campaigns, and online listings
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset production schedules, and content calendars to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance and social metrics; communicate actionable insights and implement approved optimizations
  • Act as primary liaison with external creative agencies to ensure designs and deliverables align with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain consistent messaging and materials
  • Assist with event planning, community outreach, client appreciation activities, and trade show support
  • Maintain customer/contact databases, campaign records, and marketing calendars
  • Build and maintain an organized library of reusable digital assets with clear naming conventions and folder structure
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform marketing planning
  • Track social media KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Execute projects on schedule and support marketing-related inquiries and customer communications
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Marketing department’s daily operations

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Internship, coursework, volunteer, customer service, or part-time experience in marketing or communications helpful but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, social media, and customer engagement
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, Canva, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and basic analytics
  • Preferred tools: Claude (Design), Zoho, Constant Contact, MS Dynamics (CRM)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset and creativity in content development
  • Ability to edit and adapt marketing copy for different channels; copywriting skills are a plus

Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible start time (8:00 or 8:30 a.m.)
  • Work pattern: Onsite full-time for the first six months, then transitions to hybrid (1 day remote / 4 days in office)
  • Location: Hartland, WI (onsite-first role; not fully remote)
