Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Marketing & Communications Associate to support business services marketing activities in Rosemont, IL. This role focuses on campaign support, market research, content creation, performance tracking, and maintaining brand consistency across channels. What You’ll Do

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
• Conduct market research and gather audience insights to inform messaging and planning
• Assist with content creation for digital, social, email, and internal communications
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare concise summaries and reports
• Coordinate marketing operations tasks: content calendars, asset tracking, and project updates
• Ensure brand consistency across presentations, collateral, and client-facing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and business communications
• Use CRM systems and digital tools to organize outreach activity and monitor engagement trends

Qualifications (Minimum / Must Have)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field
• This is an entry-level client service associate role — candidates may be in the final year of academic requirements or recently graduated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data and basic analytics to summarize results
• Familiarity with digital channels (email, social) and basic content development

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,500 - $112,500 per year. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and in accordance with applicable employment laws.
• Eligible employees may receive an annual discretionary bonus.
• Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings (401k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave. Specific benefit details are established by the hiring organization.
