Marketing & Business Development Manager — Bridgewater, MA (In‑Person, Full‑Time)
Confidential Client, a firm in Engineering & Environmental Consulting, is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Manager in Bridgewater, MA. This is a full‑time, in‑person role (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri) with a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 annually. Recent college graduates and early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply; training and development will be provided.
What You’ll Do
This hands‑on role supports marketing, communications, proposal preparation, and business development. You’ll work across departments to strengthen market presence, coordinate proposals and qualification packages, manage social media and marketing initiatives, support company communications and mailings, and provide administrative support.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials
- Manage professional social media accounts: plan, create, schedule, and publish content
- Create content showcasing projects, services, employees, recruiting efforts, community involvement, and company milestones
- Update brochures, presentations, project sheets, employee profiles, and website content
- Coordinate photographs, employee features, press items, and other marketing assets
- Monitor basic social metrics and recommend improvements
- Coordinate preparation and submission of proposals, SOQs, and qualification packages
- Draft, edit, proofread, format, and assemble proposal materials; maintain templates and reusable content
- Track proposal opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and outcomes
- Support client outreach and business development research
- Prepare materials and presentations for client meetings and interviews
- Coordinate company mailings: prepare letters, labels, informational packets, and distribution logistics
- Provide general administrative and team support: document prep, filing, data entry, meeting coordination, purchasing promotional materials
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned
Who You Are / Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Public Relations, or related field required
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; internships, college projects, student org leadership, freelance work, or social media experience are relevant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Able to write, edit, and proofread polished client‑facing materials
- Comfortable using social media and learning to manage professional accounts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe products, or other creative tools is a plus but not required
- Ability and willingness to learn new software, industries, and business processes
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally on occasion

Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000 annually (actual starting pay will depend on education, experience, and qualifications)
- Employment type: Full‑time, in‑person at the Bridgewater, MA office
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Travel: Occasional local travel for meetings and company events
