What You’ll Do

This is an in-person, entry-level Marketing Associate role supporting a Confidential Client’s local marketing efforts. You will balance field-based promotional activities with office support to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and event execution. Paid training and clear growth paths are provided.

• Take part in on-site marketing and promotional activities to broaden brand exposure
• Support customer acquisition through outreach and follow-up initiatives
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics
• Prepare and deliver product and brand presentations at retail and live events
• Review campaign data and recommend optimizations for future efforts
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events (expos, pop-ups, community activations)
• Track marketing expenses and help maintain budget records
• Research competitors to evaluate positioning and identify opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
• Stay current with industry news, marketing innovations, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

We welcome applicants with up to 3 years’ relevant experience, including recent graduates or candidates with internships. We value communication ability, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

• Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized
• 0–3 years in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships (preferred but not required)
• Strong written communication and presentation capabilities
• Creative thinker with analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Adaptable team player who performs well in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience or strong potential will also be considered

• Location: Trammells, TX — applicants must live within commuting distance and be available for on-site collaboration
