What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Marketing Associate to support on-site and field marketing activities that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. This is an entry-level, in-person role with paid training and clear opportunities for growth.
- Take part in on-site marketing and promotional activities (retail, pop-ups, expos, field activations).
- Deliver product and brand presentations to customers and partners at live events and retail locations.
- Execute structured outreach to support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Collect and analyze campaign and market data; summarize findings and recommend optimizations.
- Help plan and coordinate marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Track and help manage marketing expenses and maintain budget records.
- Monitor competitor activity and share insights on positioning and opportunity.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices; propose fresh ideas.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships (an asset but not mandatory).
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize competing tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and demonstrated potential will be considered.
Compensation & Logistics
- Location: Jersey City, NJ — this role requires on-site presence; applicants must reside within commuting distance.
- Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Salary: $54,000 – $60,000 per year.
- Start: Paid training provided; immediate availability preferred.
