What You’ll Do
Work with a confidential client as a Marketing Associate supporting field-based marketing and in-office campaign support. This entry-level, on-site role includes paid training and clear pathways for professional growth.
- Support on-site marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Assist customer-acquisition outreach and structured field campaigns.
- Collect and analyze market and campaign data to surface trends and performance metrics.
- Deliver product and brand presentations at retail locations, pop-ups, and live events.
- Help organize and staff marketing events, expos, and promotions.
- Track marketing expenses and maintain basic budget records.
- Research competitors to support positioning and campaign planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Keep current on industry news and evolving marketing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships (preferred but not required).
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Adaptable team player who performs well in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated potential will be considered.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Coral Gables, FL — this is a fully on-site position.
- Applicants must live within commuting distance and be available for regular in-person collaboration and events.
- Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $54,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Paid training and clear advancement opportunities within the organization.
