What You’ll Do

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team across field and office activities to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and support revenue-generating initiatives.

  • Take part in on-site marketing and promotional activities to broaden brand exposure
  • Contribute to customer acquisition through structured outreach initiatives
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics
  • Prepare and present product and brand presentations in retail and live event settings
  • Review campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events (expos, pop-ups, promotional campaigns)
  • Assist with tracking marketing expenses and maintaining budget records
  • Research competitors and evaluate market positioning to identify opportunities
  • Develop and sustain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
  • Stay current with industry news, marketing innovations, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Confident public speaker with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and highly organized; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships (an asset but not mandatory)
  • Strong written communication and presentation capabilities
  • Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
  • Team player who adapts quickly; comfortable with hands-on, event-driven work
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated potential will be considered
