Role Overview

Confidential Client seeks an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing and sales initiatives. This is an on-site position in New Brunswick, NJ. The role offers hands-on experience generating leads, representing the brand in retail settings, supporting promotional events and product launches, and helping grow customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with potential customers to educate on promotions and offers
• Represent the brand during direct marketing and in-store promotional campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and prospects
• Act as a primary point of contact for consumer relations
• Generate leads and help drive sales through outreach and follow-up
• Support marketing and sales teams with event support, brand representation, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable engaging with consumers in retail environments

• Estimated base pay: $54,130 per year (as listed by the source)
